"When in doubt, Kiss the Fish" is a phrase used to encourage young swimming students to overcome their fear of being bitten by "sea monsters" (fish) when getting into the lake.

Andrew Milbourn - CEO
Prior to setting up his current business in 2007 Andrew had an extensive and varied career in the media industry and international consultancy. He was a board director of Future Plc where he enabled the company to transition from private company to public growing advertising sales revenues by over 33% in two years.
Prior to that Andrew had successfully worked on such projects as a successful global price increase strategy negotiating with Coca Cola (on behalf of a packaging company) & helping clients to achieve increase in market share & win new business using his value based process. He has worked throughout Europe, the Far East and mainland China across several industries.
In the last few years Andrew has personally completed projects with SME’s across 16 different markets and today oversees the quality in the business as well as marketing and business development.
Andrew is supported by a hand-picked team with unique but complementary skills and experience.
Rob Hook - Regional Director - South West, South Wales, Thames valley
Rob built his reputation in the complex and demanding international medical device sector, working to influence doctors, surgeons and commercial buyers to use and endorse the company’s products. He ran national and international sales teams operating across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
After successfully completing an MBA in the University of Bath, Rob set up several business consultancies working with businesses to accelerate growth through improving people, performance and processes.
Rob will succeed where the sales department he is working with are prepared to adopt best working practices for their sector, coupled with the determination to generate above average call rates that in turn deliver long term sustainable results.
Colin Jeken - Regional Director - London and the South East
Colin is an experienced and inspirational sales director, trainer and coach. He focuses his time on enabling individuals, teams and businesses to achieve more from less.
Colin developed and honed his sales skills in Blue Chip companies like L’Oreal and Molnlycke.
He understands the importance of developing strong relationships with both customers and employees. Success comes through ensuring a balance of fun and hard work.
Experienced in operating at every level from rep, key account, national account and director level, he has an understanding of how to improve turnover and profit.
Passionate about helping companies improve their sales, his experience across multiple sectors (hair, beauty, medical, industrial and food) helps to zone in on the real issues and develop appropriate remedies. He works very closely with each of his customers to understand their business, their concerns, their vision and goals are aligned.
Phil Dibbs - Regional Director - Northern England
A results driven, self-motivated individual with a proven and successful track record in high-value business development, and relationship management.
Phil developed his entrepreneurial reputation whilst working for major UK financial institutions and PLCs. In addition he has run a portfolio of businesses since 2012, and worked extensively with SMEs across the UK.
Phil is ideally suited to a role where sales team development and business lead generation is demanded. Using tools and processes developed in real time scenarios that galvanise the team to achieving above average results.
Phil ran the Growth Accelerator programme for Grant Thornton, in Yorkshire and the North East, enhancing his ability to define and resolve the challenges facing growing businesses.
In addition to this work, Phil is Non-Executive Director of one of the largest social housing organisations in the region. In this role he demonstrates his skills by acting as the commercial voice on the Board, advising on all commercial activities.
When not working, Phil is a keen hill walker and is in the never-ending process of renovating and extending a house in the Howardian Hills.
Martin Clarke - Kiss The Fish Principal
Martin has over 30 years experience in the IT and telecommunications industry for BT and Zen Internet.
A highly motivated and capable senior leader with a successful track record in direct and indirect channel businesses. He is a skilled manager, coach and mentor that helps individuals fulfill their potential. Focused on driving results through creating brilliant teams, connecting with customers and delivering profitable growth.
Martin has also run his own business focussed on consultancy projects and interim assignments. Delivering results in sales strategy, operational management, coaching and mentoring, business performance, transformation, organisational effectiveness and go-to-market planning/execution.
Latterly with his time at BT, Martin led the business partner channel responsible for £140m of revenue and £120m of contract value. He also led BT’s direct SME field sales team in Northern Ireland.
In addition to his day to day duties Martin was a member of the BT Business Senior Management Team member and the BT North West Regional Board. He was a mentor for BT’s Talent Programme and external assessor for BT’s Graduate Recruitment Programme.
Outside of work Martin is married with a daughter and lives in Manchester. He likes to travel, enjoys playing golf and is a former lacrosse international.
Simon Norton - Kiss The Fish Principal
Simon spent 12 years in BT leading field and desk sales teams in both the corporate and the SME market place, selling telecoms and IT solutions.
He created BTs first cloud computing sales channel selling Salesforce.com and other cloud solutions into BTs SME customer base with a 20% increase in profit. He led a unit of 40 sales people and increased the annual sales performance by 51%.
He won BTs Sales Manager of the year twice and the prestigious Masters Club Award.
He spent three years as the UK Head of Sales for GDF Suez a global energy and facilities management company where he grew the sales channel from £3M pa to £10M pa. place.
Simon is married with two children, Lucy 12 and Oliver 9. He enjoys family dog walks and is currently training hard for a charity bike ride from Lands End to John O’Groats a distance of 950 miles in aid of the Bristol Children’s charity, Lifeskills.
He also leads his sons Cub Scout pack which has grown from 4 to 20 cubs in the last 12 months.
